It’s 10:49 PM on NYE.
I’ve had a year. It was a good year, all things considered.
But it isn’t easy for me to talk about.
In many ways 2021 felt like 2020. While I’m proud of everything I’ve been able to accomplish – around the relentless beast of COVID, there is still so much hurt in this world.
It’s the ever growing mystery of all that is transpiring as we enter 2022.
Many of you seeing this, following me, being a fan of what I do – I know your internal struggle. I can only sympathise as I try to understand or fathom how you are able to muster the strength to do what you do. Every. Single. Day.
Many of you find solace online. Even me. But every conversation this past year has been marred by the distaste of social politics and interpersonal conflict.
Despite all, I still like to see good in people. Because ultimately, we all want to live our best lives surrounded by the best people. I’m so happy to have discovered them.
There is still good in this world. It isn’t hard to find.
There’s a lot to be proud of.
